Symposiums
The symposiums provide opportunities to examine a subject in depth from different outlooks. We are looking for innovative formats which foster dialogue between speakers and their audiences. For example, presentations in the form of interview; the use of a digital medium common to all the speakers of the table to start the discussion; multiple audiovisual productions on the same subject. The total duration of a symposium is 1 hour and 30 minutes, with four participants. For a symposium to be accepted at least two institutions (universities, schools, NGO’s etc, or companies from the sector) need to be represented.
Communication sessions
These are thematic sessions where the accepted communications will be grouped together from the proposed themes. The author of each communication will give a brief presentation (15 minutes). After the presentations there will be a pause for discussion on the themes proposed by the authors. The Programme Committee will propose a coordinator for the session, who will introduce the subject and the presentations.
Posters
The posters are graphic presentations of a specific project. The posters are grouped together in sessions by the Committee. Audiovisual productions will be accepted. The maximum size of the posters or screens will be 90 cm wide by 190 cm tall. Whilst the poster is exhibited at least one of its creators must be present to explain and discuss its content with participants
